Introduction:

The design of the MIDE polymer modified bitumen (PMB) plants is based on today’s growing demands for polymer modified bitumen. Unlike most plants on the market our plants are designed as an in-line system. This offers many advantages such as a high production capacity of up to 60 tons/hour, no need for premix of bitumen and polymer products, because all is added continuously during production and a very exact control of dosage of bitumen and polymer products.

 

The PMB plants are building in ISO container frame and are therefore suitable both as stationary and mobile units. All plants are equipped with a unique control system which guaranties easy operation and a constant and homogeneous production. This together with the rest of the plants’ advantages will result in polymer modified bitumen of high quality in each and every production.
